Many of these recipes are original creations by us. Some can be found elsewhere but have been adjusted and adapted to our tastes and/or techniques. We may add to this list of recipes from time to time. It won't be on any consistent basis (ie. weekly or monthly). It will grow as we are in the mood. Any recipes posted here will have been tested in our kitchen so we know they work! No small electric appliances are needed to complete any preparations on these pages. If you are using any small applicances we assume you know how to adapt for them.

We may, from time to time, accept contributions (as the mood or recipe strikes us) but beware that it will take time to get your recipe up here since we are only interested in posting recipes (we like) that succeed in our humble kitchen. All recipes will be kosher/hallal (though not necessarily pareve) but will be exceptionally easy to adapt to other tastes.
